Partham Agarwal & Company is a specialized full-service firm focusing on dispute resolution through litigation and arbitration for its clients. Established in 1983 by Mrs. Agarwal and Mr. Agarwal, the firm operates from three offices located in Korba, Chattishgarh.
Over time, it has emerged as a leading player in the country’s litigation sector, representing a diverse clientele including Prime Ministers, high-profile individuals, celebrities, industry leaders, prominent domestic and multinational corporations, media organizations, and royal families.
Known as a trusted firm for high-stakes cases, we have earned a reputation as a litigation powerhouse with a distinguished team of dispute resolution experts. Our legal practice initially concentrated on matters before the Supreme Court and Chhattisgarh High Court, but over time, we have broadened our reach to include all subordinate courts and tribunals within the National Capital Region (NCR). Additionally, our clients frequently rely on us for litigation services across India.
We consistently manage a large volume of routine civil and corporate-commercial disputes and have developed a specialized practice in both domestic and international arbitration. Our criminal law practice has seen significant growth in the past decade, handling numerous high-profile and critical cases, including those before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Economic Offences Wing (EOW), and special criminal courts. We are also actively involved in pro bono work and public interest litigation for important causes.
We have broadened our reach to specialized forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, consumer forums from District Commissions to the National Commission, the Competition Commission of India, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mines Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

The founding and senior-most partner of Agarwal & Company, Mrs. Agarwal is known for her well-thought-out legal strategy, balanced legal advice, and meticulous attention to detail. An alumnus of St. Columba’s School, Mumbai, Lady Shri Ram College, Campus Law Centre, Delhi, and London University, Mrs. Agarwal’s areas of expertise include constitutional law, administrative law, labour law, commercial disputes, property disputes, family law, and matrimonial law.
The Firm co-founded by Mrs. Agarwal and for which she acts along with two other Partners as Advocate-on-Record, has consistently been rated as a ‘Tier 1’ Dispute Resolution Firm, New Delhi, by accrediting agency Chambers and Partners (Asia) for outstanding service in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Despite her busy schedule, Mrs. Agarwal continues to drive the Firm’s pro bono practice, acting on behalf of the Bombay Hawker’s Union comprising 15,000 traders; securing bail for Mr. Binayak Sen; pursuing and succeeding in the case of world-renowned oncologist Dr. P.B. Desai; and appearing on behalf of the ex-communicated members of the Dawoodi Bohra community.
